Russia’s international ministry mentioned on Saturday that Moscow’s response to a construct up of NATO forces in Poland shall be proportionate, Interfax information company reported citing a Russian diplomat.
“A response, as all the time, shall be proportionate and acceptable, meant to neutralise potential threats to the safety of the Russian Federation,” Interfax quoted Oleg Tyapkin, the pinnacle of a international ministry division in control of Russian relations with Europe.
